The simplest answer is that we do not accept insurance as a form of payment. We are an out of network provider, which means that you pay for each session. You may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company, as many give partial or full reimbursement for mental health services. Please check with your insurance carrier to understand what reimbursement is available under your plan. Your therapist can present you with a monthly invoice, called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company if needed. Yes, absolutely. While the preference is for in person sessions, we have the ability to meet online, using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform where you can meet in the location that is most convenient for you, as long as you’re physically located in the state of Ohio where I am licensed to provide services.

Sessions typically run about 45-50 minutes. The frequency is dependent on what you’re experiencing. We have some clients we see weekly, some every other week, and some just when they need to come in. Ongoing frequency is best discussed after we’ve met for the first time.

Absolutely! In fact, a short 15-minute consultation call is preferred and can be booked by calling, texting, or emailing the information in the Contact Us section.

We see clients starting at the age of 15 and older. We tailor our services based on the age and experience of the clients we serve.
