me

As a passionate and certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), my professional and life experience allow me to address each client’s needs in a warm, respectful, and empathetic manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration with clients as the basis of therapy. My goal is to help clients use their strengths - be they known or unknown - to move forward in life and grow personally, relationally, and emotionally. Having experience with adults and older children, addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, marital & relationship issues, spiritual strife, and trauma provides me a well-rounded basis to counseling those from all backgrounds.  As a bilingual counselor, I am also able to meet with Spanish-speaking clients.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University in Cincinnati, following over 15 years in corporate marketing (B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University). I also spent nearly 3 years living overseas with my family where I worked for a non-profit and worked cross-culturally to help communities gain access to clean water and assisting in community development.  

I am the owner and founder of a private practice called Congruent Counseling LLC, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The practice is located in Anderson Township on the east side of the city, just off the exit of Interstate 275 and Beechmont Avenue.
