JARED

Meet Jared Alexander, LPCC
Feeling constantly stressed, burned out, or stuck in your own head can be exhausting. You may be trying to hold everything together on your own, unsure how to move forward. The good news is—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I believe people are both resilient and human—we all have strengths, and we all hit seasons where we need support. My role is to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and work with you to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’m not here to just listen—I’m here to help you make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
As a male therapist, I often work with men who feel pressure to “handle things on their own,” have difficulty opening up, or feel disconnected in their relationships. I also support individuals and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual concerns.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world after earning my B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University. That experience gives me a real-world understanding of stress, expectations, and the pressure many people carry in their daily lives. I later earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
I’ve also had the opportunity to live overseas with my family for several years, working with a nonprofit focused on clean water access and community development. That experience deepened my appreciation for different perspectives, cultures, and the importance of meaningful human connection.
As a bilingual counselor, I’m able to work with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
I am the owner and founder of Congruent Counseling LLC, located in Anderson Township on the east side of Cincinnati, just off Interstate 275 and Beechmont Avenue.
If you’re considering taking the next step, feel free to call, text, or email. I’d be glad to connect and see if this feels like a good fit.
