Meet Rob Singh, LPC
If you are reading this, you are likely struggling in some area of life. Experiencing struggle is a normal part of the human condition. In fact, seeking help is a sign of strength as modern life can be quite complex.
The relationships with others and the relationship we have with ourselves are often where that complexity shows up most clearly. Experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or a season of change in your life directly impacts the quality of connection we have with others and ourselves. Therapy can help you find the barriers that need to be removed to get you traveling down the path to a purposeful and connected life.
I work with adults individually and with couples who are ready to do real work. My approach is direct and oriented towards purposeful change. The process of exploring our inner worlds can be an intimidating and daunting process, but I can promise to meet you where you’re at without judgement and pretense.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University in Cincinnati. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. I understand that identity, culture, and context shape our perceptions and experience of the healing process. I also understand personally what it means to navigate major life transitions and the work of rebuilding.

If you are considering taking the next step, please feel free to call, text, or email me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This will allow us to determine if we are a good fit for working together.
